a) The acts committed or omissions caused by any party other than www.marinacancun.com or its employees.
b) Illness, theft, labor disputes, mechanical failures, quarantine, government actions, weather or port declaration closed by the authority or some other circumstance beyond the control of www.marinacancun.com
c) Customer default to the service policies, rules and instructions not limited to the schedules and policies of the original voucher.
d) Changes or cancellations of the services offered despite the reason; Marina Cancun reserves the right to cancel or change services, but will try to replace them with another service. If the reservation must be completely canceled Marina Cancun will limit your liability to the amount of the refund paid.
e) The full refund will not be guaranteed by Marina Cancun in situations where the service must be interrupted, postponed or canceled for reasons beyond its control (acts such as bad weather, including hurricanes, earthquakes, war, acts of terrorism or some other), negligent behavior, abuse of the equipment or incapacity of the operator, circumstances under which Marina Cancun is not allowed to give the full refund of the service in specific terms of the contract.
a) At the moment of booking, the cancellation policies will be automatically shown for your information. The next general policies of cancelation will apply to the tours:
i) Cancellation requested within a period equal to or greater than 24 hours before the date of service, will not incur any penalty.
ii) Cancellation requested with less than 24 hours from the date of service or a “NO SHOW” are 100% non-refundable.
iii) Being in an inconvenient state (under the effect of narcotic or psychotropic substances) is subject to cancellation without refund.
